Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Openmindse Golf Club ("Openmindse," "we," "our," or "us"). By becoming a member, booking lessons, or using our facilities, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Membership & Access

• Membership plans are personal and non-transferable.
• Members must present valid ID or membership cards when entering the club.
• Guests are welcome but must follow guest policies and pay applicable fees.

3. Payments & Refunds

• Membership and service fees are quoted in Turkish Lira (TRY).
• Payments must be made in advance.
• Refunds are not provided for early cancellation of memberships, except under exceptional circumstances approved by management.

4. Booking & Cancellations

• Tee times, lessons, and events must be booked in advance.
• Cancellations less than 24 hours before the booking may incur charges.
• No-shows may result in suspension of booking privileges.

5. Code of Conduct

• All members and guests must follow golf etiquette and club rules.
• Dress code (golf attire) is required on the course.
• Disrespectful or unsafe behavior may result in membership termination without refund.

6. Health & Safety

• Members and guests play at their own risk.
• Openmindse is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages unless caused by proven negligence.
• Players are responsible for using proper equipment.

7. Privacy & Data

We handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data is used for membership management, communication, and operational purposes only.

8. Liability & Property

• Openmindse is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
• Members are responsible for any damage caused to facilities, equipment, or the golf course.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any updates.
